We have seen this image of the Lake City Yacht Club in the summertime, but it looks a little different this time of year.

Lock & Dam #5. Because of the open water below the dam, this is a very popular fishing site for Bald Eagles this time of year. You can see one flying in the upper right of the image.

The eagles were plentiful today; here you can see several in flight and all those dark spots along the edge of the ice are eagles as well. It is really an incredible site when you can find them in these numbers in one spot.

The New Albin Town Hall in New Albin, IA. This building was built in 1895 and just recently got a very nice facelift.
