Frawleys Saw Shop and Variety Store, in New Albin, IA; because that is a winning combination for sure. A random place, but the lawn ornamentation with Uncle Sam demanded a photo.

Ernie’s Service Station in Whalan, MN. Whalan is a small town along the Root River and Root River bike trail. This restored old service station has some great period appropriate antiques and when it is open you are welcome to wander around and explore the collection.

Inside the office at Ernie’s Service Station. The place is full of old signs and memorabilia from the time when the station was in operation.
