Each fall, the river town of Wabasha, MN has its SeptOberfest celebration. The decorations change slightly each year, and it is always fun to see what they come up with.

A sure sign that the summer is coming to an end and fall is soon to arrive, is the annual corn harvest for the Lakeside Foods company in Plainview, MN. Trucks loaded with corn come from near and far to deliver all this corn to the processing plant which I am told runs 24 hours a day during this time of year.
